1. If Avaira Signs sells retail why would you assist other sign shops?    We feel that our wholesale program is a win / win situation for both us. First it enables you as a shop owner to provide more types of signs to your customers and increase your sales. And for us it expands our customer base to those that are already in the business of selling signs.
2. How can Avaira Signs sell to other shops for less than the end user?  As a shop owner you can understand the amount of time involved, that goes into every sign you sell. First with the sale, then working out all the details such as size colors, fonts etc.and often times a trip to the sign site. Not counting, now many times have you put countless hours into a prospective sale were no sale was made. When we sell directly to other shops, we do not have those costs involved.   
3. Do you contact our customers?  No we do not ask for the end customers name, as far as we are concurred you are our customer. We are not claiming that we do not market retail as well, but in those cases were your customers name would obviously be disclosed, we will not contact them. We had a incident were a local retail customers contacted us directly, after another local sign shop, had already contacted us for a quote on the same job. We provided the other sign shop with part of the production and they provided the sign to the customer, the end customer never knew.
4. Can you give me an example of partial production job were Avaira Signs may assist?   There are many, here is one example. Few sign shops actually build there own illuminated electric sign cabinets, most are outsourced, we could provide you with the cabinet built and wired you could then paint the cabinet and do the face decoration at your own shop.
5. Do you assist graphic designers and advertising agencies? Yes most graphic designers work with stationary and small products but rarely design for large format such as billboards. So whether you are simply looking for a recommendation or needing a complete design call or e-mail.
6. As a advertising agency do we qualify for wholesale? When referring to our billboard rentals, most agencies that are placing one of there clients, on one of our billboards, receive a percentage of the monthly income.
7. What about general sign supplies? The truth is most the time if you factor in shipping costs you can generally get these threw your local sign supply distributor. Were we can generally help, is if you are in need of a standard product but it needs to be transformed in some custom way, in these cases we can supply you with the product cut or modified, ready for your use. Or if you need a hard to find product, give us a call, we may be able to locate it, threw one of our many resources.
8. Do you offer custom fabrication of metal products?  Yes we can build from steel, aluminum, stainless steel & brass and we do not limit this service to sign products.
9. We are a sign shop located in another state, is it practical for us to work with Avaira Signs? We have worked with many other shops threw out the USA and with the technology of today there is not much difference with doing business with a shop 1 mile or 1000 miles away, other than shipping. In fact most our local customers rarely ever come to our location. 
10. We are a large graphics shop located in CA. and at times we provide vinyl graphics to some nation wide companies for there fleet of vehicles, if some of the locations are near your facility will you install  graphics provided by us? Yes not only will we install your graphics, as an alternative option, you can simply send us your artwork and we will produce and install the graphics, eliminating the shipping costs.
11. How do you determine if we qualify for wholesale purchasing? First we need to verify that you are actually another sign shop or retailer of sign products. There are a number of databases where we can verify this information.
